Yes — all Signature Tours are designed for adults of all experience levels. No prior off-road or stargazing experience is needed. Guides are with you every step of the way.
Is prior kayaking experience required for Bio Bay or Mangrove tours?
No. All kayak tours are beginner-friendly with easy-to-manage kayaks. Guides show you the basics before departing and are nearby throughout the tour.

What are the age recommendations?
Most tours are adult-focused; contact us for age guidelines if traveling with teens. For Bio Bay and stargazing, younger guests are welcome with adult supervision.
How far in advance should I book?
Signature Tours are intentionally limited in capacity and often sell out — especially around peak travel seasons and new moons. We recommend booking as early as possible.
Is the bioluminescent glow always visible?
The glow comes from microscopic organisms that light up when the water is disturbed. It’s most vivid on dark nights — especially around new moon phases — and can vary with weather and moonlight.
Can I swim or touch the water during the Bio Bay tour?
Swimming is prohibited in Mosquito Bay to protect the delicate ecosystem. Guests typically paddle and may dip a hand or paddle to see the glow but do not swim.
What if weather affects my tour?
Tours generally operate in light rain. If conditions are unsafe (high winds, storms), we’ll contact you to reschedule or refund per our policy.
