To ensure a smooth and reliable experience for all guests, please review the following guidelines before your rental.
Rental Requirements
Drivers must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license.
All passengers are required to wear seat belts while the vehicle is in motion.
Helmets and safety gear are provided and must be used when required.
Fuel charges may apply depending on the return level of the vehicle.
Deposit Details
A $500 refundable security deposit is required for all Mule rentals.
The deposit is processed at pickup and returned once the vehicle is inspected and cleared.
Refund times vary by bank but generally process within 2 to 4 business days after return.
This policy helps ensure vehicle accountability and maintains the high quality of our fleet for all guests.

Cleaning Policy
Please return all Mules in a reasonably clean condition. Vehicles returned excessively dirty — including heavy mud, sand, or debris inside the cab or cargo area — are subject to a $55 cleaning fee.
This policy ensures fair use and helps our team maintain every Mule in top condition for the next guest. For reference, cleaning a heavily soiled vehicle like the one shown can take over an hour to restore properly.

Convenient Reantal Point in Esperanza.
For your convenience, all our tours snorkeling, BioBay, stargazing, and more depart from the same central meeting point. Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in, orientation, and prompt departure.
We also recommend packing light as space is limited. Here’s why: our van makes several drops and pickups throughout the evening. Guests who finish earlier tours stay in the van while we continue shuttling others. Because of that, there’s no secure place to leave bags except in the van and only on the final return trip, when we won’t be coming back for more guests.
So please bring minimal gear so we can keep everything smooth and efficient.
It’s also where you’ll find our rental station, open 7 days a week from 9 AM to 5 PM. Stop by to rent gear, check in for your tour, or get local tips before you explore!
