Our Cleaning Policy

Please return all Mules in a reasonably clean condition. Vehicles returned excessively dirty — including heavy mud, sand, or debris inside the cab or cargo area — are subject to a $55 cleaning fee.

This policy ensures fair use and helps our team maintain every Mule in top condition for the next guest. For reference, cleaning a heavily soiled vehicle like the one shown can take over an hour to restore properly.

Our No Cancellation & No Refund Policy

All Mule (UTV) rentals are final sale.

Once a reservation is booked, it cannot be canceled and is non-refundable, for any reason. This includes changes in travel plans, weather conditions, ferry or flight delays, late arrivals, or no-shows.

Rentals operate rain or shine. Light to moderate rain is normal on Vieques and does not prevent safe operation.
Failure to arrive on time for your scheduled pickup will be considered a no-show, and the full rental amount will be forfeited.
